1. Service Description

WaitFast provides a platform for creating waitlist pages and embeddable widgets to capture email signups. Our services include project creation, public waitlist URLs, embeddable widgets for various frameworks (Next.js, HTML, Framer, Angular), email collection, bulk email capabilities, and CSV export functionality.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

To use WaitFast, you must create an account using OAuth authentication through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on WaitFast, including project configurations, waitlist designs, and subscriber data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store the email addresses of your subscribers.

4. Embeddable Widget Usage

Our embeddable widgets are provided for use on websites and applications that you own or have authorization to modify. You may not use our widgets on sites that violate any applicable laws or regulations. The widgets must be used in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including obtaining proper consent from users before collecting their information.

5. Email Services & Anti-Spam Compliance

WaitFast provides bulk email functionality to communicate with your subscribers. You agree to:

• Only send emails to subscribers who have opted in
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL
• Include accurate sender information and honor unsubscribe requests
• Not use our service to send spam, phishing, or malware

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these email policies.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of WaitFast require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider (Polar). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

WaitFast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WaitFast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

WaitFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your subscriber data before termination using our CSV export feature.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of WaitFast after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
